Working Principle
Based on Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction, it measures the induced electromotive force generated by conductive fluids in an applied magnetic field to calculate flow velocity and volume. Suitable for liquids with conductivity ≥5 μS/cm.

Connection: Compact Type-Direct flange mounting or Remote Type-Separate sensor/converter with bracket installation.
No Obstruction: Zero pressure loss, low maintenance.
Linear Measurement: Induced voltage proportional to flow velocity; high accuracy (0.5%~1.0%).
Corrosion Resistance: Customizable liners (rubber, PTFE) and electrodes (316L, titanium, tantalum).
Bidirectional Flow: Supports forward/reverse measurement.
Smart Functions: Empty pipe alarm, power-loss data recovery, remote communication (HART, RS485).
Accuracy: 0.3%, 0.5%, or 1.0% (model-dependent).
Flow Velocity Range: 0.1–15 m/s (extended models: 0.3–15 m/s).
Minimum Conductivity: ≥5 μS/cm.
Nominal Diameter: DN10–DN3000 (customizable).
Analog: 4–20 mA (load resistance ≤750Ω).
Digital: Frequency: 1–2000 Hz, Pulse: 0–100 pulses/sec
